By 2021 UtABA Board Members
During the past year, the Utah Association for Behavior Analysis (UtABA) made special efforts to support members during the COVID-19 pandemic including hosting a town hall, sharing resources on our website, hosting online webinars, and holding a virtual conference. In addition, we developed a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee co-chaired by Dr. Aaron Fischer and Casey Dupart, LBA. The DEI committee conducted a DEI Needs Assessment survey with our membership and are developing operating procedures for UtABA to systemically address inequities within UtABA and promote equitable practice for our membership.
