Founded in 1982, the Organizational Behavior Management Network (OBMN) exists to develop, enhance, and support the growth and vitality of Organizational Behavior Management through research, education, practice, and collaboration. The OBM Network accomplishes this mission through networking, journal publications, newsletters, online resources, and a bi-annual conference.

Student and full memberships are open to all ABAI members who are interested in applying the science of behavior to organizations. Members enjoy a number of benefits including a subscription to the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management, discounts to conferences and online events, and access to the newsletter.

This year, like all organizations, the Network has scaled back many of our plans due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the near future we plan to resume our conferences and events; please check our social media pages for updates. We hope that everyone has been able to remain safe and know that we look forward to seeing our members in person soon.
