Four Corners ABA
By Nicole L. Bank
The mission of Four Corners ABA (4CABA) is to promote the science of behavior and evidence-based technologies derived from the basic science in the Four Corners region (Utah, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico). Four Corners ABA is looking forward to another strong year of providing behavior analysts in the Four Corners region with an intellectual home. Casey Clay, LBA, BCBA-D (Thompson Autism Center at Children’s Hospital of Orange County) is now the president of 4CABA and organized our 14th Annual Conference, presented online via BehaviorLive.com on April 9-10, 2021.
In an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, the convention was presented in a virtual format. The BehaviorLive platform allowed us to network among some high-quality presentations, exhibitors and posters. Consistent with 4CABA’s focus on balancing basic and applied research, we featured an outstanding lineup of speakers from both areas. 14th Annual Conference list of speakers included Catalina Rey (Monroe Meyer Institute), Chris Podlesnik (Auburn University), Nasiah Cirincione-Ulezi (ULEZI, LLLC), SungWoo Kahng (Rutgers University), Janet Twyman (Blast: A Learning Services Company), Peter Killeen (Arizona State University), Kelly Schieltz (University of Iowa), Len Green (Washington University, St. Louis), and Alexandra Protopopova (University of British Columbia).
