The continuing mission of the Nevada Association of Behavior Analysis is to promote intellectual exchange and professional development in the field of behavior analysis in all its facets to include: philosophical, theoretical, experimental, applied, and practice. Our board seeks to create socially significant change in Nevada’s communities by leading the State’s behavior analysts in quality growth, dissemination, and application of behavior science. Our board believes that behavioral science is at the foundation of all we do. We demonstrate integrity toward our members and community through open, inclusive, and collaborative partnerships. We cultivate a diverse and engaged membership through strength-based contributions.

In 2020, the annual conference NABA typically holds was shifted to a virtual conference. The implementation of the conference was a success, and our membership base has provided praise for the layout, ease, and diversity of the topics represented during this process. In trying to predict what the global events of 2021 will look like, the NABA board has decided to plan another virtual event to both sustain the state association for another year, while also providing Nevada Behavior Analysts with some additional options for their CE requirements. The board continues to seek to provide additional events throughout the year and hopes to promote activities valuable to the behavior analysts in the state.

Interested parties may register for our annual convention starting in the summer of 2021 by visiting our website at www.nevadaaba.org. The website will be our primary location for information as details of the event emerge. Members receive a discount on conference registration and will receive our monthly newsletter.
